On April fools, a mysterious button appears on the subreddit r/thebutton. 

 

What is the button? 

It reminds me of the chat gem from d2.

 

What does it do?

It resets the countdown clock.

 

What happens when the clock hits 0?

Dunno. Hasn't happened yet.

 

What do you get for pressing the button?

A color badge based on how low the clock is.

 

Can you press the button more than once?

No.

 

Can accounts created after 4/1/2015 press the button?

No.

I pressed it on day one, like 10 minutes after it went live.

And then I haven't visited the subreddit since. I guess I just don't get it

I pressed on Day 1 because I figured they'd take it down by the end of the day. I'm surprised it's still going 45 days later. Oh well, 60s, wooooo.

The button is still going on strong. What is more astonishing is I haven't had alcohol since March 31st, right before the button was born. I'm surprised either one of us lasted this long.
