Yeah its pretty awesome that she's willing to take time out of her day to help me do something that is important to me. Couldn't ask for a better friend.

Riley picked up fleas from the dog I dogsat a few weeks ago, well after a pill I gave her, and 2 baths in anti tick/flea shampoo she is no longer scratching . Happy puppy!

I've been sleeping between 3 and 4 hours per day. That's why I feel so good

I normally get 8-9 hours but the night before I only got barely 4 so I was hating life and needed sleep

I got my meds refilled and forgot not to mix them with the other sleeping crap.

Yesterday, I got a gym membership and went!

 

Today the Supreme Court Legalized gay marriage, so if my BF and I don't work out (lol which we will) I can go marry a woman!!!!

Nice! Keep up the good work. Working out and hitting the gym will make you feel better and have a different outlook on life. I started running and it has helped with my alertness and my ability to not feel like crap all the time. Plus I am losing weight! It's a great feeling to be healthy and eat right.
