So for the first day of the AC do we play "legit" to avoid going over the max? I remember last year that the first day's scores were pretty realistic

 

You can play however you want.  Just try to play it safe to avoid getting frosted.

This reminds me of high school a bit.

 

You got your freshman (newbies), who are straight out of 8th grade the top of middle school, who think they're still powerful and try and act like they are (which sort of makes everyone else annoyed). Then you get your sophomores (been here about a year), who know they're really not that powerful but have some over the freshman. Then the juniors (been here about 2 years) who are sort of in-between freshman and sophomores, they have a bit of power, but they know they're powerful and they like to think they're all chill and cool. Then you get your seniors (3+ years) who have power over everyone and are some are laid back, cause they're at the top, and they know they've got power and some flaunt that power bad. 

 

That's my analogy for today.

I feel like this question was already answered, but once the 25th rolls around, is access to the team codex sub-forum automatically available to those who meet the requirements?  I really do want to help out the team, but I still don't have access to the sub-forum even though I've met the 25 post requirement for today.

 

Edit = Well I did some searching and found where my question was answered.  If someone can let me know how to delete my post so I don't take up space in the thread, that'd be great xD.  Thanks!

To the older members:
Put yourself in their places. It's not that easy to just start posting in a place you're not familiar with. Most of the new members, if not all of them, are here because of the AC, and this topic is the first place they're gonna post something (aside from the introduction). This is their comfort zone, let's be more patient, please. I know how some of them feel for not speaking English as their main language, it's even harder to fit in.

To the newer members:
Please understand how the older members feel. Would you like if someone got into tour group of friends and started talking non-stop to fit in? I'm pretty sure most of you wouldn't, because that's normal. I, personally, don't really care, but a lot of people do, and they get annoyed by that. Don't interpret it as them being rude, assholes or whatever.

Now let's just enjoy the Altador Cup and stop complaining about each other, creating drama for no reason. The place for drama is the AC board on Neopets, and that should happen because of us as a team, Team Codex. This childish discussion won't take us anywhere.

You're that one person who thinks they're amazing and laughs at everyone who goes to school because you're free to do what you want, but everyone laughs at you because you have no future.  So, I guess people who make an account, then never come back (and they don't use the manager). 

 

As for realistic scores on the first day, besides the SS error, it's the first day so some people may still be getting set up with learning how to use the SS or AoB's, or are a bit lazy on the first day because it's the first day.

SSing for the AC is the same as SSing for regular games (except YYB), so there's not really a guide just for the games (except YYB).

Pretty much this for me. I only just learned how to use the SS, 4 years in and finally just learning lool so I think I'll only score send a few times a day until I feel confident enough to actually let it run daily. Plus I'm lazy so..
