I like to listen to binaural recordings of the randomest things, people whispering, cutting hair, scalp massages, whatever. It's just the little sounds and what not just giving this tingle on the nape of me neck or if I haven't listened to them for a while then the whole spine.

And afterwards I feel just totally relaxed.

Spoiler

wow, that's pretty cool! D: It's so relaxing listening to this with headphones.

I love the sound of water too... rain is perfect to sleep *-*

Run. Violin. Sleep. Gin. Some combination of those usually sorts me out.

Ah! I'm also painting those colouring books for adults (shame on me)

I just got one too! They're wonderful for destressing, and I'm recommending them to everyone I know. I've pretty much gotten all my friends to buy one. I also drink some chai tea (chai is life <3) and read a book. Or I'll watch a horror film on Netflix. I find that when I isolate myself for a bit, I can let it go easier.

Yesterday I downloaded an app called Calm, and it's for medidation. I'm doing kind of a tutorial first, for 7 days. It's been pretty good so far, it's helping me sleep.
It could be a placebo effect, since it's been only one day, but it works :p
