I can't do random, what's random?
- I have a teaching degree, high school biology.
- I met my husband in World of Warcraft.
- My mother says our first cat slept in the crib with me, and attempted to defend me from the babysitter. (I've always had cats since.)
- I really want to be vegan, but refuse to give up ice cream. I've always been a morbid person, at at times when I've thought of suicide, seriously the idea that I could never have ice cream again, stops that. (Either my thoughts aren't that serious, or ice cream is just that important to me.)
- I have literally no idea what I want to do with my life, and I'm 32. Teaching is fun but insanity. Research is turning out to be boring. I want to be a hiking reading baby raising housewife, but my family/society seems to look down on that. (They seem to think I'm too feminist to be happy with that. As if babyraising and housewifing isn't feminist, if it's what I want.)
Oh. And when I have too much to do, I spend even MORE time on the forums. yep. Pretty busy day to day. On the forums. Soooo busy.
5. I hardly ever wear earrings. I just find them uncomfortable and I fiddle with them! plus I'm allergic to nickle so I can only wear gold earrings, silver I can too but not too long :'(
I used to be really sensitive to earrings too. It seems to have gotten better in my old age, or all my earrings are stainless steel now, one of the two. I feel weirdly naked when I don't wear earrings.
I want to get a tattoo but am unsure what should be on it
I'm all for tattoos, but if you don't know what you want, maybe you really don't want one. It was always a given that I'd get a tattoo (Mom had 11). But I never got around to liking a design enough. I realized I really just wanted one because Mom had them. I'm 32 and still no tattoo. Examine the reason why you want it, perhaps you just want something that feels lasting or self-defining. Try a piercing instead. At least they're removable if you change your mind. If you do ever find that perfect design, You'll know it: put it on your desk or on the mirror or someplace you see it every day. If in one year you still love it, it's you.
I'm technically engaged and I'm moving to the UK when I can.
SO curious. How are you "technically" engaged? You can be Engaged because you're planning to marry, engaged because you feel you should be but don't want to marry. If it's the latter, DON'T DO IT! It's an expensive mistake to fix. Definitely go to the Uk though. Send postcard.

2 kids at 25 always creeps me out for half a second before I realize that's the norm, and I'm the one that's behind. HA!
Mmmmmm cupcakes. I can't bake cupcakes. I always always jack them up. They go from wet in the middle to burned in no time. Cakes too.

Except husband though, except I think he pretends it isn't true. it's easy, since during the semester I'm uber casual.

I want to work in a prison, with death row inmates, as their counselor!
Interesting choice. How come? I've met people with those majors, but never someone who specifically wanted to work with death row inmates. I'm intrigued!
