How do you get that glitch?

I've tried clicking fast multiple times but that doesn't work.

Sucks that what it increases is movement, but the garland is rather nice. I do like the cupcake as well, maybe I'll just leave it is as it is and stick it in my gallery.

That garland is kinda pretty... doesn't fit any of my pets, but is pretty!

I just wanted TNT to release a stat increser that gives out levels instead of useless crap that has no affect in the BD.

I usually hold onto these and don't use them - Should I pop these bad boys and stat up my pet or save them for the lulz/gallery?

If you have access to more than one (getting them in multiple accounts and send them to your main), you can do both - as I do. Although, it's not levels, free stats are free stats and why would you pay for them if someone is handing them to you free? But I also keep some in my SDB, because it's pretty/ugly, one time released item, unique - and we never know if it's value will skyrocket in the future (one can only hope).
If you are only able to get one, I say you keep it: the stats ot's gives are irrelevant (because you'd only use one cupcake), and the item it gives will probably look awful on your pets. And there's still the potential value it might have in the future.

I never open those on my mains, they always go straight to my gallery. And the items it gives are mostly ugly anyways and more ugly than the cake itself.

Thanks for the replies - With me just coming back to neopets from this hiatus I forgot the birthdays on my old alt accounts (Luckily I have the years, gotta get the days!) I only have access to my main right now, and I've been popping those freebies straight into my gallery.

 

I should probably set up a few more.
