Well it appears that there is a new stat increaser for free in the NC mall.
8th Birthday Sparkler Cupcake
Your pet will gain 5 HP and you get some hair item.
And here is the link
There is also a second stat increaser now available.
Your pet will gain 3 Movement points and you get a garland of rainbow butterflies.

Did you spam the "submit" button to feed it to your pet? 
Neo's laggy, so that may be the cause, although the lag never really worked very well for NC items like it did to NP items.

Well, if you are a collector, or using these cakes #1 on your pets, then it doesn't really matter.
But to people that were hoarding these for values, I feel sorry for them?

Yeah, they could easily get 3-4 gift box capsules or a smaller item for just 1 cake slice..

Yup, and people usually discount their hard to find populars for these cakes, if you can offer multiple.
Regret trading off my all cakes at 2 caps last year, but well, no biggie, at least I got something I really want.
