On the fence, but I'm leaning towards yes because I'm surrounded by many people who use it on a daily basis.This question is hard to truly answer but keep in mind, it does have its everyday utility.

Nope.
However, some "creative people" may use it for not its intended purpose like using a pen as a shanking knife, or a cellphone as a bludgeon. So it may be used for health and beauty, but I'll go out on a limb and still say no.
