No.
To clarify, are both words 5 letters each?
Is the answer black blood?

For the first quote, I did make a mistake. I misread that five as a six. So the real answer to that question is YES. I take full responsibility for that error, but that's the extent of my repentance. I was drinking at the poolside.
But the second quote is still a No.

Wait, you said you read it as a 6, so it was a no, meaning that the longest it could be was 6. And now that you see it was a 5, you said it is longer than a 5, which means that it should be 6 letters long.
I'm sure you're just tricking us f.f

"is the answer to puzzle #5 more than 5 letters long?"
For that question DaveStrider, I thought it was referring to puzzle six because I misread the puzzle number as 6 at the time. I know puzzle 6's answer does not fulfill the criteria in that question so I said no. Now that I see that it was referring to question 5, the question's clause does apply to the answer so now it is a yes.
Does the descriptor for #5 come before the noun?
Yes it does

@argonate You should read the rules. Even if I didn't block you, you still wouldn't have won.
