I need new music to live with.
What are your favorite music albums? Don't pitch that album if you only like one song in that tracklist.

Nine Inch Nails - "The Fragile"
(Very interconnected, and is best enjoyed sitting through from start to finish!)
Posted 02 December 2015 - 06:09 PM
50 Cent "Get Rich or Die Trying"
Sum 41 "Does This Look Infected"
Eminem "The Slim Shady LP/The Marshall Mathers LP"
Probably add to this when I remember more. Also, are greatest hits albums allowed?

As long as it's your favorite, I don't care if your album of choice is platinum-selling or obscure as dark matter or a compilation of different artists.

I have way more favourite albums than just this but I'll just choose three to keep the list short!! One of the albums I included was made free by the artist too. Gotta love free music right? ^^ (none of it is anime music lol)

You should definetly listen to The Negihbourhoods new album (Wiped Out) simply amazing.... one of my favorite bands they are bad ass and a great American band, also Sir Sly his album is killer and another personal favorite is Colony House
Literally listen to one song from each of these albums and you will be hooked there isn't one song on any of these that I don't love

Current Top Five (no particular order):
Daft Punk "Random Access Memories"
Coldplay "A Head Full of Dreams"
Five Finger Death Punch "The Wrong Side of Heaven and the Right Side of Hell (Vol 1)"
Empire of the Sun "Ice on the Dune"
The Used "Vulnerable (II)"
Honorable mentions:
Alice In Videoland "Outrageous"
Kid Cudi "Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr Rager"

Cartel "Chroma" (each song seamlessly goes into the next, its great)
Blink-182 "Enema of the State" "Take off your pants and Jacket" or really anything. Musical gold.
Death Cab for Cutie "Transatlanticism" (Ben Gibbard is the best lyricist of all time, and this album is great).
Modest Mouse "Good News for People who love bad news"
All Time Low "So Wrong, its right)
+44 "When Your Heart Stops Beating" (Like blink 182, but with more Mark, which means better...)
Reel Big Fish "Why do they rock so hard" (if you ever listen to Ska, it needs to be this band)
Something Corporate "Leaving through the window" (Good nostalgic punk-pop-rock)
Sum 41 "Does this look infected?"
System of a Down "Hypnotize"
Weezer "Green" (My favorite CD to listen to in the car late at night with females)
Cake "Fashion nugget"
These are just some of my favorites.

Now seriously, one of my newest favorite albums is Smoke + Mirrors (Imagine Dragons). Some really good songs, very different from their first album. But I'm biased, so...

Hybrid Theory or Meteora by Linkin Park.
My musical tastes have drastically changed since that phase, but I could listen to either of those two albums forever.
