Does anyone else find that this database does not have accurate prices or is it just me?

Some items yes, but others not. If you want to try change the prices or report an Issue, here's an post for you: http://www.neocodex....vanced-members/ .

Hope that helps you and Welcome back to codex! :p

Prices in the database are not the lowest an item will sell for. Plus, sometimes unbuyables haven't been updated in a while, so the price is wrong. Buyable items though are updated by Abrosia and Neon Shop AP, and those prices, as I already said, are not the absolute lowest an item will sell for so they may sometimes be off a tad.

just a question, if i AB, do i automatically contribute? Or would i have to use the autopricer?

also, at least for the rarity info that isn't updated, would be it be smart to rip it from jellyneo? make like a bot or something and check the unknown rarities in the codex database and just fill with jellyneo info lol

I believe Abrosia checks the prices of items in the background, while you're running it, so yes, if you AB you automatically contribute. As for rarity, I suppose we could do that, but I'm not sure how hard that would be to program into the database, since we'd have to get the rarity of every single item we're missing a rarity for, which could possibly be a very large number of items. I'm not exactly sure how many are missing rarity information. It would be nice if we could just manually edit that as well.

Have scanned all np jn item info like 3 times and it takes less than an hour, could easily generate a json with the data and then parse to add missing data to db. Only "hard" part is that some items have either duplicate name or duplicate image, and jn does not provide ids publicly. Still, the combination of name+img is always unique, so I used something like that for one of my extensions

Well, getting the 200k+ neo images for mystery pic was a bit harder, mainly because of my connection speed xD. But yeah, getting data from pages with python is really easy as long as it doesn't have captchas :p. My own db is from like a year ago so probably missing a lot of new items
