The difference being, Portuguese is 758483910293 times better. And sexier. <:-)
At least, we understand them.

I had allergy to pretty much anything that had milk in it (I used to think it was lactose intolerance, but I was actually allergic to milk)

I used to poor this over my hot cheetos when I lived in Texas haha.

I used to put it on my dill pickles. I miss LA and all their lit snacks.

Special K Cinnamon Pecan cereal. They stopped selling it up here around 7 years ago and I miss it so bad...best cereal ever. I remember eating it almost exclusively for like 6 months, no joke.

 

I saw it in the States last year but was too sick to work up the courage to buy it.

Weird that you mentioned this. I never ever buy cereal, but I like cinnamon. I saw a box of this at my grocery store last night and decided to buy it. I have yet to try it, but now I definitely will tomorrow morning.

Lol, no way. Definitely give it a try, it's fabulous from what I can remember. Hopefully they still have lots of whole pecans inside.

 

I'm crazy about cinnamon anything. I add it to just about anything sweet I eat. Best spice ever.

Probably because I was prone to getting coughs as a kid, for a period of time my mom basically limited me from eating chocolates. So I never was particularly familiar with chocolate or candy in my childhood. I did grow up liking chocolate a loottt though, though not candy (grew out of my sweet tooth fairly fast actually).

Candy

I miss lime skittles. They removed those from the original rainbow. The citrusy skittles were the best. Green apple throws the entire pack off.

 

Snacks

3D doritos and those hot cheetos puffs that came in a can.

 

Salsa doritos which can only be purchased now in those munchies snack bags.

 

And these wonderful creations

 

 

3D DORITOS. I miss them so much. And I don't understand why they haven't brought them back yet. Everyone misses them. Every article talking about "discontinued food items you wish they'd bring back" HAS THIS ITEM. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS DORITOS AND GIVE US 3D DORITOS BACK.

They still make those ^^ I dunno if the recipe changes slightly from region to region, but they're still around.

@Turnip not here in Portugal, afaik. They removed the buttons from the market several years ago and started selling the chocolate in a tablet (and even that one seems to have been discontinued), but it was not the same... not even close :c
