I was trying adv+ some time ago but I don't know if I can do it or deserve it, but I think this thread encourage me to go for it again.

Like I said, just be friendly, and helpful where you can. Trust me, it benefits the forum much more than you might think.

If we didn't have users participating in games, events, and contests. What would be the point of holding them?

Offer advice about topics you know about when people ask for help.

Just be nice to people.

Adv+ is really easy to get if you just try your best

I like and always try to help people when I can but I don't have much time to be really active this year. However, I decided to start making guides for some games but idk if that's really useful.

Things like guides probably increase your chances of getting in quite a bit.

As always there are no guarantees (you still have to be voted in after all), but really, I would strongly encourage ANYONE who wants in on Adv+ to just go for it.

So long as you are not just posting meaningless content for the sake of bumping up your post count, but are actively engaging in the conversation, being generally active and helpful, contributing where you can, you stand a pretty good chance actually once you hit or go very near 500 posts.

The main general criteria after all is not particularly strict, I posted the link to it a few posts back but I will quote the official thread on Ranks on it again:
 

This rank shows other members that you have been active enough to reach around 500 posts without spamming...This is based solely on your lack of spam - you do not need to be a popular or particularly active member.

(And that's if you just post, if you make guides, help people, join contests etc your chances are even better of course)

 

So if you think you can manage that, go for it!
