I have ADHD and a lot of weird sensory issues. So I have some annoying habits lol I'm a scalp scratcher / picker. I have a healthy scalp but I pick at it anyway when I'm laying in bed really stressed out and I do it so obsessively I have made myself bleed.

Ehhwhw that made me shudder irl and I had to look away for a second to get my senses straight

That reminds me that I have a weird habit of imagining things people say on myself and I go a little crazy from it and almost start crying because I keep feeling it
Like now I can't stop feeling a scab on my head that's been scratched to the bone

I grab things off of the floor with my feet. My stepdad used to comment on how I have weird monkey feet, in fact they are quite nice and come in...handy. I also scratch/rub my nose a lot because the damn thing is always itching!!

That reminds me of something my younger sister used to do when we were little
She would always climb walkways/corridors/door arcs with her hands and feet on either side of the wall and my parents always called her a monkey

hahah his mum comes over once in a blue moon and cleans the house top to bottom, she did the cleaning while she still lived there, but now i basically live there so i do everything xD i have a cleaning problem
