recently I saw a lot of people here posting status of them getting frozen, what happened? I thought we were using proxy and should be quite safe? is there any ways to prevent it?

These days it doesn't seem to matter whether or not you're playing legit, illegit, or using proxies or VPNs, TNT will freeze you if you're doing the slightest bit well in the AC.

 

I guess the only way to prevent this is to not play at all.

Actually I'd recommend sending less scores than usual if you want to prevent it. If you stop playing right after the start of the freeze waves, it will be suspicious as hell. I've seen someone that stopped SSing after the first mass-freeze and got iced a few days later.

I actually haven't been playing using a proxy, just my own IP, and still safe! I decided that the last two AC's were played on my IP and cheated and never got frozen, and I was frozen when I used proxies, that I would go back to using my own IP.

I know that! But, I have yet to get frozen using my own IP *knocks on wood* If I do, so be it. But today is the first day since the 1st mass freezing that I won't be maxing on all games on all 13 accounts.

Proxy doesn't affect the chances of getting frozen though. It only helps you mask your identity, protect accounts from each other, etc etc.

 

But yes, the recent freezings seem to be either 1. Related to AC (JS is really hunting down KD and MQ players it seems. Is serious about eliminating ACG cheating from the game I think, well, more serious than TNT was previously, prolly). Or else, 2. Is a case of someone recklessly SSing on many shells.

 

I don't think you need protection if you aren't doing either bah. I have accounts which still AB and freely transfer items to each other through junk trades. They don't touch AC, and were kept completely separate from my AC shells (I didn't just use a proxy, but I also ensured that they were ompletely not linked to each other). The ABing accounts are still going strong, and I'm still doing things like transferring items daily / leaving Abrosia running for hours. But meanwhile, the AC shells all got hit. So, y'know.

I've only SSed on my main account, that has been active for 8 years so I hope I dont get frozen lol. I only SSed until I reached All Star and now I stoped. Should I keep playing some games every now and then or should I leave the account alone for some time?

TNT are on a rampage. A totally inconsistent rampage. I don't think anybody knows what they're looking out for in particular, because not everyone is getting frozen and we're involved in similar illegit activities...

Using a proxy doesn't guarantee any more safety. If anything, if the proxy is 'stale' and someone else may have used it, it might increase your risk!

Yeah that's why I stopped using proxy! I figure, if I am going to get frozen, I might as well make it as easy and simple of a process for myself to SS every day!

Yes, many of the recently freezes are related to AC, indeed. But besides that, it does seem that TNT indeed freezes only reported users, unless you have been massively scoresending on several accounts at once or something. I'm still leaving my ABer overnight, with low buytimes, and those accounts are having no trouble at all for example.

Similar. I'm only on my one main account, no proxy. I've just hit triple AS and should probably stop, but I'm a little butthurt that we're relegated to fourth for NO RAISIN. So I'm still running it for the points... to squeeze as much resellable crap out of this as possible.

I can't help but play loose with my accounts. I just don't care like I used to. Not since they iced my favourite main :'( My accounts are still sending for MQ and ABing stupid hours. My lists are slender for AC lately because I have the ranks I want and ure all scaring me
