6.5 - 9.0, is that too high? looks like i get RS banned with anything less 
best refresh time to not get banned?

If not the AB'er might think you're RS banned a lot quicker thanks to shop's clearing automatically now. As for your refresh rate, it's very high and you'd need a lot of luck catching items.

oh, shops automatically clear now? didnt know that.....also whats a good refresh rate then? 3 seconds 4? 5?
