Notice even in California that bacon and avocado are considered good things.

 

My favorite recipe. 

2 eggs

4 jiggers of whiskey

two cups of coffee blacker than @Adam 's mood

4 large thick slices of wheat bread

2 avocados

cilantro

butter.

glob of cream.

Salsa verde (optional)

 

Mix eggs and cream in bowl,  Soak bread in egg mixture.  Heat a skillet and fry egg soak bread until cooked in the middle.

Smash avocados,  Put bread,  leaves from 4 sprigs of cilantro and then spoon smashed avocados on top. Pour one jigger of whiskey into coffee.

 

Drink shot of whiskey

Drink coffee and eat toast,  go back to bed.   Repeat until the day is shot.

Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death

 

One of the few non-adult movies mommy-mine got to appear in. Non-speaking role,  I have to admit she looked pretty good as a man eating cannibal.

Avocado is bad, avocado toast FUKKEN OWNSSSS

 

Just get a good toast, smash on that good avocado, put on a whole heap of dukka, and top with a poached egg. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

 

unfortunately i am too unwell to eat it lately but i used to go out for brunch every saturday just for avo toast!

I like the poached egg better than the fried, much better than chopped hard boiled egg.    I have never had dukka, it sounds interesting.  I'm sure that even @Adam would like this with dukka.

I googled dukka and I'm intrigued; as long as there's no avocado.
