You hold a rubber band with two fingers and use it to throw a paper clip, how hard can that be?

I was thinking that, but then taking the selfie would be the tricky part.

1. put rubber band around 3&4th digits.

2. loop part of paper clip through rubber band with other hand

3. Grab paperclip with thumb and index

4. Take selfie with other hand

That is how I would do it. Still be tough I think. You may kill a co-worker in the process

Ask a co-worker to take the pic. "Do it, or I'll kill you with this."

A drug store blood pressure monitor being used by you.
    OR
A break room with an employees only sign, a fridge and some sort of food/drink item. I will accept the employees only sign in a separate picture ONLY if I can tell it’s the same room.

Nooooooo I just got home from work and I think I could totally do these lmao. I might be able to get em done by the 19th maybe

Yeah it's still higher than 'normal' but I just got home from work, with a stressful drive on the way, so maybe my BP was elevated slightly due to that xD

Ignore my stupid face. They moved the bp machine at Walmart and I was not prepared for the whole pharmacy to watch me take selfies. And my bp is exactly one point below high for each of them Attached File  IMG_5851.JPG   79.31KB   0 downloads

    Your time to shine, @Kaddict.

But really, those numbers don't mean much other than for people with cardiovascular issues.

I know I can get at least 2 of these. I just have to remember to do them. XD

QUESTION: Does the blood pressure monitor need to be INSIDE the drugstore?

Yes. You need to be using a blood pressure cuff INSIDE a store.

I was gonna say "NO EXCEPTIONS" but then I realized idk if she means one of the actual table machines or a BP monitor you can purchase at a drug store. I have plenty of blood pressure cuffs, but if it is the store one I will probably end up doing the gym and piano one. I like this round:

"Do one of these 5 things that you can do during your normal day to day activities... or sloth" ha

Table machine or regular cuff works, but it has to be used in the store.

    Your time to shine, @Kaddict.

But really, those numbers don't mean much other than for people with cardiovascular issues.

Pulse pressure is the difference between systolic and diastolic pressures, essentially the difference between when your heart is full of blood, and when it is contracted.

MAP is 1/3 of your systolic plus 2/3 of your diastolic pressure, or your diastolic plus 1/3 of your pulse pressure. (sometimes people prefer to focus on this number, especially in ICU settings, because this gives a somewhat easy description of the average perfusion of blood to your body, as sometimes people with really high pulse pressures have separate issues)

Heart rate is how fast the thing in your chest pumps

Also, the new guidelines that they are basing that off of (120/80 being high normal) is total garbage. Honestly, I would much rather be at 130/80 than I would be at 90/60. Too much lower than 90/60 and you are at risk of passing out at a moments notice. Your BP is just perfect.

Welp, I'm out for round 4 then, don't have time to get to a 'drug store' to get a photo with a BP machine as I work when they're open and thought my personal one would suffice :/

Our staff room/cafeteria at work doesn't have 'Employee Only' signs, so that's out. I don't work at, or have access to any form of office for a photo at a cubicle etc. I also don't have access to a yoga studio/gym. Our zoo here has no sloths. I sure as shit don't know where I could get a pic with a grand piano either....

    Oh well.
