I kinda want to buy animal crossing on my switch but it's kinda expensive. Has anyone bought it and played it? Is it worth it iso/ how does it stack up against other animal crossing games.

This is my first AC game. Was nervous since I didn't think I'd like the fact that there are no hard goals to accomplish. But I've really enjoyed it. They give you just enough structure. I've put in more hours than I care to report...

I don’t own it but I really don’t get the hype haha! I had new leaf and never played it much, anyone know what has changed since that made it so popular?

I can help with the hyacinth hybrids @Swar. I can give you a couple blue, pink, and orange, and one purple if you want. I should have a couple extra blue windflowers if that's something you need too.
I FORGOT TO REPLY MY BAD!!! I already got most of the hybrids now, only missing the very rare blue rose, the purple pansies and the purple windflower

Nice! I nookazon-ed for a blue rose cause there aint no way I'm patient enough to breed my own. I have one to spare if you need/want it. I'm also still looking for green mums, and the purple pansies and windflower.

i've been definitely playing less, but still getting on a few times a week. i'm also one of the players who started on the gamecube and so i've grown up with it and really love it! i really appreciate the new design slots, and the little flags that we can carry around now

Is it still getting updates? I'll admit, I'm tempted to buy the console just for it. I've always liked all the AC games- played every one except this one haha.
