I just found out there was some exploit allowing people to convert basically any pet into its UC counterpart.

Could anybody explain to me how it worked? I'm really curious about it.

I can't be done any more, so I just wanted to know how.

EDIT: Title should have been UC exploit

Couldn't tell ya. I think most of us are so disconnected from Neopets that we didn't even know about it until after the fact.

It was the same as the neocash exploit where people got max neocash (2^32 or however the max neopoint limit is) in a matter of seconds.

There was an TNT admin panel (a relic of pre-Viacom) that had a form to put in a pet’s name and a checkbox for UC conversion.

Or so I’ve heard.

Incorrect 100%.

Incorrect 100%.

I didn't think it was this easy to flush someone out for info.

Quoted.

@Nano How were new UCs made?

How I understand it:
It was a URL call, that was never used in the old customization flash file.
