Felt nostalgic so getting back into Neo + ABing. I can't seem to upgrade my membership though - says something about an invoice having expired and to contact administrators.

That means you started a purchase for advanced membership at some point and never finished it.

I deleted the invoice so you should be able to place an order now. @Quirky
