Hello there,

Realize this topic is a couple months old but I am having the same issues listed above. Does this issue still persist? I can't seem to buy or miss any items even using custom lists. Not receiving any notifications at all. Everything else seems to run smoothly and it shows shop stock, etc. I just upgraded my membership after a couple years off and never had issues before. Maybe a warning should be added to the advanced membership purchase page that the product does not work as intended? Find it odd that I cannot find many threads on this issue.

I believe it depends on your settings

I agree, it's most likely your settings: Waiting times could be too long so that the items are already gone, the items on the list could be too rare, the shop ID might be wrong etc. Could be a number of reasons, it's difficult to say what the reason is here.

Thanks for the replies. As for the settings I’ve spent days exhausting all my options on suggested settings to use via multiple recent threads. My refresh rate is fairly fast and I am also sure that shop ID and lists are correct which have a variety of differently priced items. I used this program back in 2016 and found it very profitable. Interestingly enough the AB did buy one item, though I was never notified of said item being bought. That item was bought without a list, as at the time I didn’t know AB was having issues and used my 2016 settings. This thread specifically says only lists are working so how is that possible? On my end it seems to be a communication error with the program.
