I'm gonna give you a 8. kind of looks a little blurred to me (tiny bit not over much) but it rather si'mple but iwon't complain since I can't use paint shop pro 9 at all myself

I used PS 7.0, and lol it didn't take more than 5 mins, I drew it out myself, and its probably blured because I used some bad filters + Hue and Sat
