Just like to tell you, the IQ test doesn't test all of you brain and is mostly false. I don't trust IQ tests. I haven't recieved my GCSE results yet (or taken any of the tests either:P) so I cannot tell ya. :)

Apparently the American school system is a year or two behind England. They have to catch up loads in college though :)

Yea, the American school system is easier, and has more days off. England is like in the middle, but then you have Japan, who have to go to school 6 days a week.

I get so pissed off, opposite my school is an American Air Force base, with an American High School on it, and they get 10 WEEKS off in summer, whereas we get 6. It's madness :)

See, your school system is weird ^_^ So are the SATs not per subject? To get into Uni here, you have to do A levels applicable to the course you're taking, and get a mini'mum set of grades that are also applicable- for example, if you want to be a vet, you have to do chem, biol, physics/maths and get AAB or higher.

    View Post

There are SAT II tests that some unis require you to take as placement tests. They are per subject, but most highschoolers don't take them. Also, tehre are AP classes which no schools around me offer, but many schools around the country do. They are basically college classes you elect to take, and if you get a 4 or a 5 on a single test, you can get first or even second year credit for that subject in college.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!! LMAO!!! :p

Kory's basically saying even though these guys have above average IQ's they get straight A's and good marks, meaning the American school system is easy.

My best end of term grade ever was an A*4 in Biology (4 is the effort grade. 1=amazing 4=lazy shit that never does any work).
