heres some tips: use layers alot(on the toolbar go to Layers, New Layer) you can copy and paste stuff into the layers or do whatever.

use brushes that you can download from www.biorust.com then click the little brush icon on the toolbar to use them.

play around with filters(on the toolbar there is a place called filters)

When I first started, I just went to www.good-tutorials.com and used their tutorials. You get to learn about what each filter does and how to make cool stuff, then you use those techniques to create something uhhh spiffy? It takes patience and experi'menting to get good at it

Other than that, you have a I'mage creating guild and you dont know how to use photoshop? Sad.

Wow, if you're going to bother to ask all thise, you might as well stop now.. Graphics aren't something you can learn WELL by having people hold your hand throughout the entire process. Mess around with PS7, learn what everything does, then create something on your own. If you need to, look at tutorials for ideas.
