well, I noe people that have duped items before, but ive duped them before too...it was a matter of lag for me though, when neo gets really laggy there is a possibility of duping.  I had SOS, Clawed Shield, and Island Attack Fish in my trades and I went to the tp to cancel it and neo kept showing Neo is down...I took items out of trade and I clicked it like 6 ti'mes, I went to items and I had 2 of each...I kept the sos and clawed shield in my other acct, and they remained, but obviously I had to mail neo about the fish, the way to dupe I guess is when neo is down, copy the proerty of the link, "close Trade" and paste it in the Adress bar, and press enter a lot.  Because neo has good servers its hard to do this when its not laggy, but I tried some other crap pet sites like venetopia and it works so easily because after refreshing like 10 IE pages with refreshers it gets laggy and easy to dupe...just a tip for anyone that wants to get lucky and dupe when its laggy...I didnt only do this once, I did this like 5 ti'mes and the items in other accts remained  this was like er..8 months ago when I had LordofBattle

well, the first ti'me is an accident, then I actually did it a few ti'mes, so whenever u see a lot of down for maintanence..take advantage of it, it could work

there used to be a link I found it was neopets.com/somethingservers.phtml

it used to list like 15 servers and there status...once my friend posted it on the chatboard neo made it for admin only..but it shows they have a lot of servers, not just one..also shows their happy, they had some fruity weird names for the servers, Kougra Server TigerFruit server...lol, but it moved, it said their speed and status and stuff

nice find on the duping method. but I've heard that if neo would to find out abt ur duped items, they would want u to hand it back to them. that's what I heard from someone from another forum

I've heard about this method before on those cheap MSN groups. I've never tried this before but I will soon.

Yup it does work I only did it once but I thought it was just a glitch, I did it with 3 codestones taking them out of my shop neopets went down so many ti'mes I went back until I was at my shop and just clicked the link about 50 ti'mes. By the end I had about 10 codestones lol

One ti'me the collect intrest feature was glitched and you could keep recieving as much as you wanted.

I also remember when you could buy as many scratch cards as you wanted and play tombola unli'mited ti'mes as well as treasure hunt....

that was a excellent hour....

The scratch card value went down to 200np... I remember that.... I waited till they went to 600, I should have waited till they went back to the average 800, I had ....no joke about... 400?

Yeah I remeber that I also made lots of money then too.. and most of it I did manually! Anyways I here that duping items can easily be found and frozen. If you ever search through the trading post for lets say like a honey potion theres always a few lots that say "TNT these items were duped please return" or somthing.

Neopets uses the Oracle database type, and they are currently running over 190 servers on last count

there was another cool bug too! for 20 seconds it gave an random event on every page but I was to silly and just refreshed 2 ti'mes
and got nothing someone other got 2 petpetpets and a labmap *wine*

Neopets was going dfm like crazy yesterday so I tried this, and un-luckily it didn't work. Getting it to dupe is a random event of some sort when neopets is lagging. I doubt it can be exploited. Although if you put money in bank and take it out at the same ti'me VERY quickly you can get negative money(I think someone here tried this)

Yeah. I was online during this bug, and it didn't like me much. I got about 40 random events. I think 5 of them were codestones, and the rest were points being taken D:
