frost cannon, snowglobe staff, h4000 helmet, freezing potion, freeze ray (I forgot), moehog skull

buy a freezing scroll and a few muffins 2 -5 ..no problem after that

You don't need a h4k hel f-pot or a f-ray , all you need is maybe scroll of freezing and about 4 sticky snowballs and those will take hi'm out for surefrost cannon, snowglobe staff, h4000 helmet, freezing potion, freeze ray (I forgot), moehog skull

And for a good weapon maybe try using Scroll of Dark nova and Lost Desert Dagger they seem to be good to me.

Well for freezing BFC (black frost cannon) is 23% freeze and goes for 185kish. OR spend millions more fore H4K (H4000 Helmet) its 100%.

Freezing scroll does 100% freeze but it is breakable
