Being staff doesn't automatically earn you respect. Some people may have diffrences with these members staff or not.

The staff and everyone do a great job, few disagreements now n again, but who doesn't..

I respect all the staff here and others, if it wasn't for them. We would not be here or private

A congrats goes a long way, makes them feel they are doing their job well..

Congratulations You Three! Robert, Pyke, and Netbususer are the heart of the moderating team ( Ali thrown in there as well ^^) and have done the most for codex behind the scences if you lot did not know. They contribute the most of their ti'me to keeping this boards clean, and maintaning a good enviroment. The countless problems they have solved, not to mention how many wonderfull ideas they came up with to help us - they deserve a special congratulations.

Dan - You are completly correct.

And Xbullet - If you only knew how much Netbus has put into this board, the amount of work he has done - if you ever had a chance to look at his moderating action list, you would never have stated what you did.
