Whenever I click 'explore' on neopets, my browser automatically closes that window. I've tried using IE, FireCox and opera. But no success. Anyone have any ideas how to fix the problem?

The only reason that jumps in my mind is spyware, have you tried running Spybot search&destroy? http://www.download....tml?tag=lst-0-1
