This Is My First Siggy and avatar... I know its Ugly.. but its my First one!.. Please Give me some tips on how to I'mprove it. Thanks .

resize? in photoshop:

edit > I'mage size (everything will resize) [maybe it's not 'edit'.. my bad]

edit > canvas size (only the size of the document will resize, not the contents)

The colour of the text could be I'mproved to suit the background more.
Perhaps blend it abit?

Anyway, the text? I think there are too many effects on it, it's better in my opinion to have relatively plain text but put a stroke (a border) around the letters. It seems a bit too big and bright, and the placement distracts the eye away from the picture.

Why not add more effects to the picture itself rather than the text?

well I try.. How Do u resize a Photo like the one above into a Siggy?..
I can't seem to stretch it.. it only shorten its height

There's an alright size for it, now all you need to do is fix the font so you can acutally see it. Trust me all it looks like you've done is put some text on a avatar which is fair enough as it's your first ti'me, but a thing to do would be to use the rectangle tool and use it on your sig to take out a 85x85 place of your sig and save it as your avatar. If you want more or better fonts check out www.dafonts.com or www.1001fonts.com
To resize something just go to I'mage> I'mage Size then choose the size you want in pixels, cms etc..most people use pixels.

yeah I'm using the fonts from www.dafont.com its Porky's Font.
