Ok. In my opinion, this was incredibly dumb. Let's see what you think.

I have a small crystal fox ornament in my bedroom, it was very expensive. Anyway, I picked it up today, thinking it had fallen over, and... well, I discovered that it was much worse than that. Obviously our housecleaner has knocked it over at some point, broken it, and, I think, taken it home for her husband to fix, instead of just telling us so that we could take the stupid thing to a professional, considering how expensive it was.

In any case, the poor little fox is absolutely covered in glue... and everything is stuck in the wrong places. Obviously, because it's my ornament, I know it very well... but I still think it was completely retarded to have messed it up this badly... what do you think? Is it obvious to you that there's something -very- wrong with it from these photos?

I've also sketched an image of what it's meant to look like on top of the 'wonky version'.

If you hadn't noticed, its head is stuck on its butt (lopsided too!), the tail is where the head should be, there is a flat bit on what is currently its back, upon which I thought it would be obvious that something should be stuck, but obviously not.

Oh yes. And its muzzle is upside down. And I'm fairly sure it is also stuck on the wrong place on the head.

And one of its ears is back to front.

In your opinion, do you think that I'm being irrational for calling this such a messed up job? :(

That sucks :( what you should do is:

    Call her in the room
    Ask about it

If she owns up demand her to buy you a new one

if she dont own up then confront her :)

Thing is, she's a family friend so we can't really fire her... :p

Hey, don't blame me, I didn't hire her. But we have a very big house and very little time, we actually hired her when my mum was teaching and practically dead on her feet when she came back in the evening and my dad was being called out all the time... and now, I guess, because she's a family friend, we... can't... really get rid of her...

    :ermm:

Well spend less time on the net, clean the house instead and get money for it! I suppose having a small house has it's advantages...

Not sure, you might be a little bit out of range... she lives very close to us. :p

Everything in big circle is ours. Ignore little circle. It's where a dead body was found...

Can't remember how many rooms we have but we actually have ample room to live upstairs (and we do, seeing as we're practically rebuilding the bottom part of the house). In other words, we have two kitchens... one upstairs, one downstairs... two dining rooms... two living rooms... it's really freakishly unecessary, but because the whole thing was in really bad condition we got it cheap.

Your house sounds almost as big as my Auntie Chris' was. It now actually stands a good chance of being bigger, they could live upstairs or downstairs or above the garage. People joke about guest houses, they basically have one, it's incredible. They have a gym and a yacht and a jabecausezi and a achre back garden and everything. They're at the rich end of the family...only because my Aunts aim in life was to marry rich like *shrugs*
