To all programmers: please update your programs with Neocodex Check Version 2. In order to do this, please go into the download system and download the Neocodex Check Version 2 from the required files. This installation file that Mumei has made for us will not only install and register the codex checks into your computer but it will also provide a word document on how to add the codex checks into your own programs. Follow the instructions inside the word document to update your programs.
We will be disallowing all version 1 programs in two weeks and will then only allow version 2 programs to be used.
Downtime
As you all know, yesterday we experienced a downtime for about an hour. During this hour the entire site was unreachable. We thought that it might be due to a possible attack on our site but after checking the raw server logs, no unusual information was found. We have asked the proper parties to continue searching as ours was just a quick glance for any unusual trends of data transfer. At this point, the downtime yesterday still does not have a cause. We will continue from here however and hope that we dont go down like that again. Anything could be the case from server reboots to attacks on our site. So please dont think the negative.
.html files taking presidence over .php files
It seems that our server was taking presidence with .html and .htm files over .php files. This is the reason that some of you got the error of maintanence for Neocodex yesterday. I have deleted these .html files off of our server as they are no longer necessary. And I'm sorry that you all had to see that when it wasnt true. We were up and running while you saw that.
