personally ide recommend you contact your pc manufacturer and ask them to run you through a full system rebootover the phone - this will involve removing all your programs and software.... youll then be back to very basics I can give u the instructiobns here but there different for all makes and models of pc.. try it ive had to do a full format 4 timwes on myne and I charge like 20 quid to do it on peeps pcs

well if u have a 5yr gurantee or some sort of gurantee they will come n help for $0 too.. and its aso better having them reformating ur comp because they will be able to figure out wad went wrong.. the money is worth it if ur comp will be back to normal..

How do you do a full system format? I need to do that on my old computer.

put in your windows disc

find the partions bit

reformat all ya partition and arrange them as you wish

install windows

done
