Durain is a tropical fruit which we Singaporean love to eat sooo much.  However, due to its very strong smell, we are not allowed to bring durians into our subway stations.  When I told my American friend about this, he is so surprised and told me "We do have many walking durians in New York subway and u can't banned them because they have human rights !!!"

I erally dont get that at all.  what the hell are durains??? and why would they have human rights?  you said they were a fruit, but then you said they were walking, and I dont know about singapore, but where I live fruit dont walk.  I'm confused.


EDIT:  oooooh!!!! I get it.  they are a fruit, but your friend thought they were a person or something, I get it, sorry for wasting this post

well ... the walking durians I am referring to are people who stink like durian!  U will catch the joke if u have smell a durian before and then think abt those homeless people who loiter around the subway station.  Sorry for the confusion.
