I have a  2048/384 kbit/s , but I am planning to upgrade to  4096/768 kbit/s

And that is not MB per sec, but megabit (1024 kbit = 128 KB per second)

Acctually it is possible, all the I'mportant servers have 100mbs or 1000mbs connections, but they have rented the backbone (which is very exspensive). I think he meant 92 kbps.

here is the quote about backbone connection

You can expect to pay on the order of $500 - $1000 per month for the access into the Internet backbone.

2.6mb

comcast oh never mind its 52megs a second

Oh come on dude.  If you had any brains to do some research before you lie, you would know that comcast caps there speeds at 4.9 highest.  If you uncap it, it goes like 9mb.  52 is a lie.
