Yes, I have checked and read and re-installed everything - I still get the vb.UserControl error on -SOME- programs, but not all of them. =\

Please include either the exact error message you are getting or a screenshot of the message - it helps a lot

Failed to activate 'VB.usercontrol.' The control may be incompatible with your application. Make ure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.
It does that with the Money Tree Grabber (hitman)
and the ktmAP (dunno who)

And another problem I have been having is loading flash games. I'm signed in on IE, I run Typing Terror Trainer, but it gives me a runtime error '5'

ah good, you've managed to install the check then

the ripper wrapper? that sounds like it's one of the programs, try looking in the discussion topic you downloaded from, maybe they will have an anwer there (or searching for the error)

I have never used the ripper wrapper so i don't know what may be wrong, sorry

i believe he doesn't have the vb runtime files installed.
try installing this http://www.ascentive...ibraryfiles.exe
then run the program.

Are you not extracting the programs file first.

When you download a program you need to unzip it to antoher location then it should work.

For some reason I'm getting this error each time I start a program. I've reinstalled the Check several time but I still get this.

^ Download and put in System32 or wherever you're running the program from.

Mumei, would you be able to include vbzlib1.dll in the CodexChex installation? (install it to system32 or something)

Reason being, a lot of programs are starting to use it and it would minimize the chance of getting the error. tongue.gif
