When I download the no-installer version of firefox and extract it, I get several errors when trying to run it! (it wants some shared libraries)
Installing these libraries (after dling them) gives different errors...

Also, the weirdest thing is that it WORKED 100% fine before (a few linux reinstalls ago, that is :p ) but it won't work now

I'm CENSORED sick with this!!! The ppl at mozillazine support forums say that I need GTK+2.0 and the atk library that goes with it, but I have no CENSORED idea where to get that!!!

Also, I don't CENSORED understand why this worked just fine before and now - after reinstalling a few ti'mes - won't work!!! :ranting:

by the way: I'm running Red Hat 7.2... and as for firefox, BOTH 0.8 and 0.9 cause that error...

EDIT: Nevermind... after a few more reinstalls and some of my 1337ness, it now works :p

Can someone close this?
