I really dig this one. *thumbs up* The, uh, scan lines make it look like he is in a TV or video game. Sonic being the only clear thing really makes him stand out, coming alive, if you will. The ruins in the background seem fitting for it as well. Good job!

I think the opacity on the scanlines should be lowered. 
Other than that, it's really nice, the text is really good. Sparkles add a nice touch
