Title changes such as if I wanted to change my title to "Blah" from my current one, I could in the user control panel in the edit profile. I see such thing is available in 2.13 so it might as well be taken advantage of.

We tried this at one point. Users kept abusing it, making their tags super long, or using rather advanced HTML, and this caused problems with many users.

You can just PM an admin and they'll change it for you. Actually, Smods can do that as well now that they've got access to admin CP.

But they are only allowed in certain bits in the admin control pannel

Hmm we've been thinking of taking the name changes to smod level as well. It's being abused Improper names etc.

This would go great along with my Multi User Rank Tag sugestion I made a while ago.

This is one I really want to get in, its important, thinking of a way too do this lol

We tried this at one point. Users kept abusing it, making their tags super long, or using rather advanced HTML, and this caused problems with many users.

Yeah, why not make a limit to it? Like limit certain advanced tags and limiting the characters.

just make it extract all < and > characters. Problems with html solved. Also incorporate a maximum length, I say 16 characters.

Anyway, I kinda have a problem with the everyone having the ability to change their user titles and whatnot.

I remember instances where certain members added html to their title that redirected the page to the codex homepage. so whenever they posted in a topic, it basically became unviewable. *glares at the person*

And the HTML is needed sometimes depending on the circumstances.
