Having seen One Piece and not liking it a bit I'll admit it was hard to review this sig with an open mind. I can say the following: Your text needs a great deal improvement seeing as the colors you chose are abstract at best and don't really fit with the sig. I would also suggest downloading some pixel fonts (Visitor & Redensek are 2 good ones). Also, I noticed you used a glossy image tutorial for this sig. I wouldn't for this sort of signature. It would look better without it.

All in all it's okay. 6/10

Lower opacity on the white glossy bit.. and keep text not to multicoloured.. and it look a lot better

The backround is also a bit plain, I don't know why, but those always annoy me. It wasn't put together that well, but it could make an alright sig
