Who's seen Gamera movies? I picked up watching Gamera when I was 3, after becoming monster movie obsessed. The original series sucked ass, but I own three of the original series that lasted from '65 to '80. Basically a kid friendly version of Godzilla.

But the new movies that came out in the late 90's were great. They weren't cheesy and weren't over the top. They came in rather great and definetely top quite a few Godzilla movies. Gamera's obviously just like the digimon of Godzilla to quite a few people, but I seriously reccomend picking up or renting any Gamera movies 1995 and up. They actually have a plot, too. oh yeah, and violence.
