I think I read an older thread about this. The end conclusion was that, no, there is nothing you can do about it. You have to have that information. You could appeal your case to a staff, but god knows how long that will take. Good luck anyway.

I emailed them about my old account, and apparently it's just too dang old to be recovered. That's what they told me.

that sucks but when u message them u must show autority.. and don't resist... cause ive actualy gotten about 2 accounts back and up again like that.. and the funny thing is I did cheat on those accounts but I get them iced like 1 week later..lol

I got that same message. I tried to un-selfreeze my first account. They said it was like 3 years to oldI emailed them about my old account, and apparently it's just too dang old to be recovered. That's what they told me.

ya I need a way to get around one also it wasnt that old maybe 2 years tho 
I just got it frozen was a side account thankfully it was a main tho but I switched

accounts older than X (1 year) are closed off by a birthday marker.

I was trying to grab my evilkid1896 account back, pw was like LILJAMERWAMER or something, not sure if someone wants to help me out on that...
