There are peoples birthdays every day. And people we know! Like me.
Instead of making topics about birthdays almost every day (and yes, It does feel nice to stand out in a topic, trust me I liked my birthday topic too) I am thinking a pinned topic would clean up the board more. Of course I haven't a problem with the topics, they're special But I am, well, Neat

That, and it's like the inactive notices topic. Barely anyone ever reads it. I vote week keep the individual topics

hey sure thing, lets keep it then. I'm not going to defend the idea. I simply made an open suggestion in case it is ever needed

Or you can make a section for it. Each member get's his or her own thread, that way you can be special, no confusion and it doesn't clutter up the general chat. People can check there daily to post happy birthday and it will show up in the New Posts thingy.

Less people would read it though, it's like whenever someone posts something in GC instead of the correct section on purpose so it actually gets read. I don't know why everyone feels like it clutters up the board though, it's one topic every few days or so in General Chat.

We don't need any more sections. I say we should just stick with individual threads, is working fine the way it is.

Honestly, I dont think there should be new sections/pinned-topics. I would be too lazy to read them and check up on them.
