Top 10 people with highest reputation. Similar to top 10 posters and top thread starter (which is glitched). Gives the rest of us something to strive for.

I disagree with that. Rep power should just be friendly competition. If the idea was brought in i expect people will take it too competitively, they wont give out rep to people on the Top 10 as that would be 'helping the opposition' and i'm sure it will result in huge amounts of rep abusement.
Such as trading might start, i give you rep, you give me rep. That sort of thing.

Just let it stay as a little number under your avatar, no need to make a big deal out of it.

Theres the big flaw in your suggestion Toxic. At first it looks like a pretty good idea, but then theres a lot of things that could happen, and again, abuse could happen.

Is their any way to currently view someones rep? I don't think it should be kept secret because other wise it is pretty much pointless. Your Rep count is something to brag about, but abuse with that always follows.

Yes you can view a persons reputation points just by looking under a persons avatar, under the 'Tutorials Submitted' text, to the left of the green plus sign.
