I heard from Nikalren today that TNT implanted something into the yellow bar that detects ABers and that lots of people are getting frozen. It has something to do with how the pages loads and loading pages w/out images. Anyone know what this is about?
I just checked through all the page sources that the program would visit and I don't see anything that would indicate this, I don't even know how you would implement something to do that, it sounds like a good theoretical idea but I see no evidence of it. I'll MSN Nikalren about it though.

I don't think they would do that. I bet some dial-up users configure their firefox to not load pics and the other bunch of crap that doesn't need to be loaded so that browsing would be faster.

Neopets was only loading sometimes, so I blocked every ad they had and it runs 10x betterI don't think they would do that. I bet some dial-up users configure their firefox to not load pics and the other bunch of crap that doesn't need to be loaded so that browsing would be faster.
