I am new to this site and have been browsing through the forums and have noticed alot of talk abotu proxy and proxy severs what is it?? and how can it affect getting frozen and stuff??? please help

in IE go to tools-internet options-connections-settings-check the proxy server box-and put in the proxy you want o use

you can search google for proxies, but I'll give you a few

you forgot to add this: the end where it says 80. put the 80 in the small box, it is your port. Basically a proxy hides your IP so Neopets can't freeze all your accounts when you cheat, only that one because it's a foren IP
