hm its okay but where hair parts it continues to go straight across which gives it away, it like having an uncreased picture on a creased shirt

It looked better in photoshop though. It was brighter and you could tell the shirt was bloodstained. >_<

T'would look good... if you perhaps made the edges of the bloodstains a little less sharp.
Also... I think you might have used overlay, right? Or something... it makes the lighting look a bit odd; bright pink in places. Blood is... more smeary. Gloopier. Crusty when it's drying, that sort of thing. Show some texture, perhaps!
