Yes yes I'm 13 anyway.
I was minding my own buisness taking a pee and noticed a little lump on my penis, It didnt look abit normal but it probably is still the same and so I googled penis lump and stuff and seen it is very rare to get Sacrom or somthing cancer but It wouldnt be that, Peyroyies or somthing only occurs when you're 40 - 60 so yeah if it gets any bigger I'll have to tell Mum/Dad.

Me I'm not worried if I have a disease or somthing and it has to come off, I would be terrified but im more terrified if It is something worse and could die So yeah.

I'm no guy or anything, so I can't say for sure, but often that sort of thing can just be perfectly natural. Some times it's just...the shape it takes, it happens with breasts as well, not a visable lump popping out on the outside on top, but something you can feel or whatever, doesn't make it breast cancer or anything.

Don't worry about it, keep an eye on it and if it stays put tell one of your parents, just to be sure, you're so young though the chances are it's absolutely nothing .

It's quite easy to scare yourself and misdiagnose yourself with a really serious illness - but really, small problems are common, bad illnesses are rare. I wouldn't worry too much, just keep an eye on things.

13 = puberty, its probably a small bump caused by an influx of testosterone. The fact that it went down would go with that theory.
I'd say you're fine, if your very worried, just ask your parents to go see a doctor.

well, its easier asking a bunch of people on a board that you will probably never meet then your doctor who you will see the rest of you life. even though its there job, dosent make it easy to ask them. plus I bet one or two people here have some kinda medical history

Well...I'm not fully certified, but I am a nurse, so there are people with medical knowledge on the boards.

Also..uh...Cam...Because I don't want the answer, if you're not circumsized then its very likely a bacterial infection, I just thought of that as I always assume everyone is.
So, if you're not, go to the doctor, if you are and it comes back, go to the doctor. If nothing happens, I'd stick with my previous theory.
