In our tech help area, we have software help, OS help...why don't we have HARDWARE help?

Great idea.. it would decrease the clutter in other sections which are supposed to be used for other things.

Maybe they just don't want to deal with a hardware section? IONO though

Just because they are shown as 'Online' doesn't necessarily mean so. I'm sure you'll get a response to your PM in due time. It sounds like a decent idea Travis, but I'm sure it's not one of top priority.
