Which really makes me wonder what is the difference between pornography and prostitution and what is the legal situation about it... from what I understand you are paying other people to have sex or something of the sort but it just doesn't make sense to me why pornography is legal while prostitution is not. Anyone care to clear that up for me?

That's always been my argument. I never understood how paying people to have sex on film is legal, yet paying people to have sex not on film is not.

I guess because pornography isn't about sex, you may be thinking that's a stupid statement, but is more acting then sex.

Getting up at 5:00 am to sit in a cold room whilst trying to keep an erection whilst 6 guys film you while you're co-worker complains and you have to retake every shot over and over before you have to ejaculate on que.

Not a good job is it really? Espically since the pay is crap for me, and great for women...

Plus the fact there's never been an outbreak of a serious sexual disease in the porn buisness as all actors are regullary checked upon, whilst Prostution is not moderated in any form so you could catch anything, and then seriously abuse the girl afterwards or not pay her.

Obviously the girls are in desperate situations or forced into it, so it's not a nice scene.

Unless you go to Amsterdam where it's legal and the prostitues are cleaner and safer then most girls in this country..

I saw your comment Frizzle, but it still doesn't explain it enough for me.

Prostitutes/Porn actors know what they got themselves in to by going in to those particular businesses.

And porn stars have fluffers anyways :)

I'm not saying that prositutition should be legalized, but if you can keep updated tests with the porn industry, why not legalize prostitution and test the people there?
